Welcome to the website of Unroe Properties, Johnson-Unroe, LLC and Hirzel-Unroe, LLC. Our companies work side by side to offer the largest selection of rental properties to the market as possible! We have homes available for rent from Olympia, to Lacey, Tacoma, Yelm and Aberdeen. All of our properties are both locally owned and owner managed.

When we say "owner managed" we really mean, owner managed. We are at the properties a minimum of five days a week and often six sometimes seven. We keep busy between routine maintenance, special repairs, property improvements, landscaping etc. We love our work and take pride in each of our properties. The hands on approach affords us an opportunity to get to know each of our residents and we are grateful; as we know, it is our Residents who make a great property a great community.
